This is usable by Conduits of any Faction
-Basic Electromagnetism- Ability to control Electricity on the minor level such as firing electricity from hands and generating it from body, the body will not withstand water and will kill the user if they are exposed for more that thirty seconds. This allows abilities such as Bio-Leech, Pulse Heal, and Arc Restraint as well, and Shock grenades. (You may still drink water)
***Enhanced Electromagnetism- This upgrades the damage from the electric force of the body, allowing the user to form things such as shields, or blades from their hands, also allows one to use the Electricity to push themselves into the air for a short time, and firing the "Megawatt Hammer" which is basically a electric missile.
ONLY COLE AND KESSLER MAY USE "LIGHTNING STORM" UNLESS ALLOWED BY A ADMIN
***Master Electromagnetism- This ability is the strongest an Electric conduit can reach, perfecting the powers and allowing them to be exposed to water for a longer period of time, about 40 seconds before they are injured or die. This also allows them to reach near flight when hovering.
Note: To regain energy, or heal one must drain electricity from something.

-Basic Pyrokinesis- This allows a person to generate fire from their body, fire it from their hands, etc. It also allows one to make somewhat of a "Flame Thrower" from their hands, and a basic form of a Flame Grenade("Napom"). Users of Pyrokinesis have very warm skin, and when touching water for too long they will fizzle out, but will not be injured. (You may still drink water). they are also immune to high temperatures and must touch fire in order to heal or regain lost energy. The may fly at high speeds.
***Enhanced Pyrokinesis- This allows an upgrade to all flame based powers the Conduit already has
***Master Pyrokinesis- This is the final level of Pyro kinetic Conduits. This allows a Conduit to increase their fire base powers even more so, allowing for a "Fire Storm" which gives the user the ability to make fire rain from the air on to one area, along with "Inferno" which lets the user create a ball of flame in each hand and send a pulse outward, burning everything in a meter radius.

-Basic Cyrokinesis- Allowing basic control of Ice, letting the user generate it from their body, but also making their skin considerably cold. They can make ice come from the ground to lift them into the air, fire ice from their hands as spikes, or chunks, and lastly can fire a cone of ice from their hands to freeze the things in front of them. They must be in contact with ice in order to heal or regain energy and are unaffected by low temperatures. If one is in contact with fire, they will not melt, their powers will be weakened and they will burn like a regular human. One can also play an "Ice Man"and make a path of ice to skate on, which will melt behind them as they touch it. This ability, depending on what the user chooses may also fly as long as they wish at high speeds. This also allows them to use the ability "ICe Launch" and shoot themselved into the air making using a pillar of ice, make sheilds from ice, etc.
***Enhanced Cyrokinesis- Upgrading all ice-based powers. This allows users to make a cloud of ice in an area and either seal it on an enemy, freezing them, lower the temperature and kill the enemy by flash-freezing them, or have an Electric conduit shock it, killing whoever is inside.
***Master Cyrokinesis- Allowing one to nearly anything with ice, in any shape, form, or size. This makes them much more effective in combat and they tire very slowly.
Note: Sunlight will NOT effect users of this power, and in order to heal or regain energy you must either be in contact with low temperatures, or straight ice.. You can NOT generate the ice to regenerate from.

-Basic Telekinesis- Self explainable, allowing one to lift, and throw objects by only using their mind. With basic Telekinesis, one MAY be able to throw a small car, no bus throwing however. One can also make a pulse outward from their body to throw enemies back. This allows short-term hovering.
***Enhanced Telekinesis- This allows the user to lift much heavier objects, and throw them (Buses and such). The can make a pulse of Telekinetic energy anywhere within a meter radius. Allows flight.

-Basic Telepathy- The ability to read the minds of others, also allowing a Conduit to speak to another living being telepathically. This lets them read only surface thoughts, feelings, and see images another might be thinking.
***Enhanced Telepathy- Allowing one to read the inner thoughts of the mind, and speak to someone within their mind from a longer distance.

-Basic Umbrakinesis- The ability to control the shadows and darkness, you may not generate them from your body, but you can use your shadow, and the shadows of others. Conduits with this power can fire blasts of darkness at an enemy, or even black out a room. they are not effected by light, for with light there is always shadow.
***Enhanced Umbrakinesis- This upgrades what a Conduit with this power can do, letting them black out small buildings, and make shadows into things such as claws, blades, or hammers. This allows one to fire a "Shadow Rocket" that will both injure and blind anyone in the radius only for a short time.
***Master Umbrakinesis- This allows one to do even more with their powers, letting them black out entire buildings, and blind foes for a longer time.

-Hydrokinesis- The ability to control water, you cannot generate this from the air, or from a cantine, to make this effective one must be near a body of water, be it a pond or an ocean. There is not much one can do with Hydrokinesis besides make large waves, so it has no Enhanced or Master rankings.

-Basic Drain- This ability allows one to drain the energy of others to make them stronger, or have any other powers augmented for s short time. This is only minor, one must be in very close range and it will take a long time for them to be drained when using this.
-Enhanced Drain- This allows one to drain more than one living being, and also drain enemies at a farther radius, and much faster.

-Teleportation- This allows someone to teleport short distances. If they wish to transfer themselves longer distances the must have A. Been to the area before and B. Have enough energy to do so, if this power is used to travel a long way it can drain the user considerably.
