A clock tower given to the Task Force to be used as a base. Cole normally trains new recruits in parkour across the slow moving gears and mechanisms. Kessler has taken up residence in a Library in the top, and Trish runs a makeshift med-clinic on the bottom floor while Zeke watches over the Armory.
